不规则间隔数据的等值线图¶
非结构化三角形网格的不规则间隔数据在规则网格上插值的等值线图与三元图的比较。
自从 contour
和 contourf
期望数据活在规则网格上,绘制不规则间隔数据的等值线图需要不同的方法。这两个选项是:
- 首先将数据插入到规则网格中。这可以通过车载方式实现,例如通过
LinearTriInterpolator
或使用外部功能,例如通过scipy.interpolate.griddata
. 然后用通常的contour
. - 直接使用
tricontour
或tricontourf
在内部执行三角测量。
