创建文件夹

首先，阅读http://forum.eionet.europa.eu/help/content_文件夹…那么……

  1. 转到库文件夹

  2. 旁边的 提交： 标签，选择 Folder 在下拉列表中。

  3. 输入文件夹的 Title 和 Description ，然后按 Submit
