Summary： This data set contains all of the data coming from the investigations of the three research vessels. They are, Xiangyanghong 5，Kexue 1, and Shiyan 3 during the intensive observing period of TOGA COARE. These data are composed of three parts. The first part is the atmospheric obser-vation, which has the following items^ doppler radar, upper-air-sound-ing, flux, CO₂, aerosol, DDAR, sea surface gradient, radiation, and pre- cipitation. The second part is the hydrographic and meteorological obser-vation, which contains the following items, CTD, surface CTD, AD CP,meteorological observation. The third part is the biological and chemical measurements, which have the following items, nutrients, (NO₃-N, NO₂-N, PO₄-P, SiO₃-Si), chlorophyll, primary productivity, plankton etc.
